The 90-Night Trial

We believe the results speak for themselves — so we give you 90 nights to find out. If you're not satisfied with your RLT40 panel for any reason within 90 days of delivery, you can return it for a full refund. No restocking fee. The 90-night window begins on the date your order is delivered, not the date of purchase.

How To Start A Return

Email us at info@glowbylumera.com or call +1 (304) 815-6922 with your order number and we will send you return instructions within 24 hours. Please do not ship your return without contacting us first — we need to provide you with a return authorization and shipping address.

Return Conditions

The RLT40 panel must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories (power cable, kickstand, user guide). The device can be used — we expect you to try it for the full 90 nights. Minor signs of normal use will not affect your refund eligibility. Returns that are damaged beyond normal use, missing components, or missing original packaging may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged Or Defective Products

If your RLT40 arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@lumeraa.net or +1 (304) 815-6922 within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you, including free shipping. You will not need to return the damaged unit.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on 90-night trial returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. For damaged or defective products, we cover all shipping costs.

International Orders

Our 90-night trial applies to all orders regardless of shipping destination, including the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand. International return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Any customs duties or import taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable, as these are collected by your local government and not by Lumera.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Late Returns

Returns requested after the 90-day trial window has closed will not be accepted. The trial period is calculated from the delivery date confirmed by the shipping carrier.
