Processing & Quality Control
Every RLT40 panel undergoes a multi-point quality control inspection before it ships. We verify LED output across all 40 diodes, confirm both wavelengths (660nm and 850nm) are emitting at the correct irradiance, test the timer and power systems, and inspect the panel and kickstand for any cosmetic or structural defects. This process takes 1–3 business days. We would rather take the extra time than ship a device that doesn't meet clinical-grade standards.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders typically arrive within 5–9 business days from the date of purchase. This includes the quality control inspection period and transit time. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Order Tracking
Once your RLT40 passes quality control and ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us and we will locate your shipment.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Lumera has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Lost Or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your order or ship a replacement at no additional cost.
